What are your minimum order quantities?
They vary by product and decoration method, and they're listed on every item in our catalog. Embroidered pieces start at 12 units; screen-printed apparel typically starts at 24.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup, and for larger runs we can produce a physical pre-production sample before the full run.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard turnaround is 10 business days from your approved mockup. If you have a hard deadline, tell us the date your order needs to arrive and we'll confirm whether it's realistic before you commit.
What printing methods do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and heat transfer, sewn and woven patches, laser engraving, pad printing, and foil deboss — we recommend the method that fits your product and design.
